We are a team of support coordinators coming from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. Each of us has gained a different set of knowledge and skill from various sectors, such as mental health, education, social welfare and justice fields. Those experiences and skillsets are transferred into our practice in the delivery of support coordination service. Our multicultural support coordinator teams exchange their expertise via peer consultation and regular supervision sessions. This means that your support coordinator has equipped with or has access to the resources and knowledge to manage any emerging risks and deliver the best quality of service.
