How we work with families

A child’s early years are very important as they set up how they will learn and develop later in life. Our early childhood approach focuses on being both family-centred and strengths-based. We do this by acknowledging that as parents and carers, you know your child best.

We work with NDIS ECEI teams

Across Australia, NDIA early childhood partners are available to help you get the support your child needs through the early childhood approach. Early childhood partners are local organisations we fund to deliver the early childhood approach and Future Focus Support Coordination work with them just as closely as we do NDIA planners

Its not just the NDIS that we help with.

We will talk with you about the different ways you and your child can receive support. This might include:

  • Connections with mainstream and community services
  • Connections to practical information that’s relevant to your child’s development
  • Connections with other families
  • Connections with early supports
  • Connections to apply to the NDIS
